Meeting in Italy

Meeting in Italy

On 3-6 April, the Lithuanian and Greek  teams of teachers met in Correggio, Italy, where the Erasmus+ project "Increasing digital literacy in schools" was carried out.

Day ONE of the meeting took place at the Convitto Nazionale Rinaldo Corso school. The project participants first toured the school premises, heard a unique history of the school. It is situated in a 1000 year old building, a former monastery.

Later, the teachers continued their work in the methodology development group. During the development of the methodology, we shared our thoughts on the future methodology, and divided the tasks to be carried out by the project leaders and partners.

On 4 April, the second day of the ERASMUS+ project, we went to Mantua, where we visited the famous Basilica di Sant'Andrea, as well as the palace of a famous family – Le Château Saint-Georges. It is an impressive 15th century palace. Back in Correggio, we continued our work at school, developing a methodology for digital literacy and application in the classroom to increase the use of ICT in the classroom.
